At LajreeDesigner, we strive to ensure you love your fashion choices, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original designer tags.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Approval

  Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original packaging and attach the provided shipping label to ensure the garments are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
